More than 50 Arizona restaurants will participate in Dining Out for Life, a one-day fundraiser to fight HIV/AIDS, on Thursday. [AZ Central]

Thanks for the words. True, I’m setting up ‘cue shop in Central Phoenix. The menu will offer both familiar smokehouse presentations and a nod or two to my Polish and Midwestern roots(smoked stuffed peppers, wood-roasted stuffed cabbages and such). I’ll be forwarding opening date, location and hours of operation info by the first of next week.
I’ve sorely missed the barbecue business, and I’ve put on ten pounds putting the menu together. I can’t wait to start feeding folks again.
