Relate, San Diego’s first “pop-up” restaurant, has posted the menu for its one-night-only stop at Posh in Scottsdale tonight:
Appetizers
- BLT Risotto: Bacon & onion risotto, warm arugula salad, tomato cream
- 62 Degree Celsius Egg: With star anise potato mousseline, wild mushrooms, Vadouvan foam, crispy spinach
- Mussel chowder: With corn custard, potato foam
- Roasted Beet & Grilled Baby Romaine Salad: With golden beet vinaigrette
Entrees
- “Beef Wellingtonâ€: Sous vide filet mignon, porcini-dusted seared foie gras, mustard ice cream
- Sesame Glazed Diver Scallops: Seaweed salad, sushi rice crème Anglaise, nori
- Pan-Seared Sous Vide Chicken Supreme: Mediterranean quinoa salad, spinach gremolata
- Risotto Croquettes: White bean puree, vegetable ragout, kale chips
Desserts
- I Dream of Cheesecake: Signature cheesecake, cheesecake mousse, cheesecake sauce, fruits
- Chocolate Souffle: Khalua crème Anglaise
- Banana Bread Pudding “Pecan pie,†vanilla cognac crème chantilly
Prices haven’t been posted yet, but chef Dan Moody says appetizers will be $7-$12, entrees $25-$35 and desserts $9.
A wine pairing, along with wines by the glass and bottle, will be available. There will be a reasonable corkage fee for personal wines.
