Doctor Hummus to open Tempe restaurant Wild Flavors this summer

Saber Rouin, a fixture at Valley farmers markets as his commercial alter ego Doctor Hummus, is opening a restaurant in Tempe.

Wild Flavors will be located on the southeast corner of Broadway and McClintock. Rouin hopes to open by the end of summer.

The menu will feature a fusion of Greek and Italian food, including wood-fired pizzas.
