Citizen Public House chef Bernie Kantak will pop up next Thursday at Cycle for Cinco de Mayo.
From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Kantak will be serving five dishes:
- Oaxacan mole short rib picaditas ($9)
- Scallop ceviche ($9)
- Chilaquiles ($7)
- Green chile tamale ($8)
- Tequila-braised fig with almonds and cheese ($4)
Cycle is an occasional pop-up restaurant at the soon-to-be-renovated Lexington Hotel in downtown Phoenix.
