Bonfire Grill and Bar starts brunch

Bonfire Grill and Bar, which opened last month in Old Town Scottsdale, is launching a compact brunch menu from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sunday:

  • Bonfire Potato Cakes and Sunny Side Up Eggs: Potato pancakes, charred scallions, bacon, cheese sauce and eggs.
  • Green Chile and Andouille Sausage Scramble with Cheesy Grits: Eggs, green chile, andouille sausage, cheesy grits and toast.
  • French Toast with Smokey Tender Belly Bacon: Vanilla infused French toast, strawberry-orange marmalade, chocolate shavings, and  thick sliced bacon.
  • Short Rib Hash with Buttermilk Biscuits: Braised short rib, onions, potatoes, fried eggs and buttermilk biscuits.
