Arizona restaurateur and chef Shelley Sikora, who launched Bobby Q steakhouse and barbecue in Phoenix, has started a food blog, Back Pocket Recipes.
Sikora and her ex-husband operated dozens of Bobby McGee’s restaurants in eight states. She later launched Juice Works smoothie bars, which eventually were bought by TCBY.
Sikora has published two cookbooks – “An Italian Affair†(2002) and “100 Tantalizing Ways to Make Tomatoes & Mozzarella†(2006) – and hosted her own TV cooking show, “Home Plates,†on KPHO Channel 5.
