Chef Gina Buskirk, who owns Gina’s Homemade with her husband, makes her debut this weekend at Cycle, the pop-up restaurant in downtown Phoenix.
Gina’s Homemade is a branded line of handmade mozzarella cheese, ricotta, mascarpone, biscotti and sauces that will be available at Valley Whole Foods Markets by the end of the month.
From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Buskirk will be serving two different four-course meals of rustic Italian dishes. Both are $29.
