I’ve kinda been burned out on wine dinners, beer dinners and other multi-course menus for awhile now. Let’s face it, they’ve become de rigueur at Valley restaurants – and not just fine-dining ones.
But here’s one that stands out from the crowd: A “Seven Deadly Sins Dinner” at Posh. The creative courses from chef-owner Josh Hebert:
- Envy: Chilled Avocado Soup with Gold Flakes & Creme Fraiche
- Greed: White Chocolate Ribbons with Trout Caviar, Apricot & Basil Pesto
- Pride: Tuna with 3 Things Better Than You
- Sloth: Fluke, White Pepper Veloute, White & Green Asparagus
- Gluttony: Short Rib Loaded Potato Skin
- Wrath: Wrath Rabbit Rillette with Red Onion Jam, Rabbit Ravioli with Peas & Corn
- Lust: Chocolate Mousse Torte with Cherries
The dinner runs 5:30 to 9 p.m. Monday and costs $125, which includes tax and tip.
