Downtown Chandler’s SanTan Brewing is teaming up with Lon’s at The Hermosa for a five-course beer dinner Thursday at the Paradise Valley resort.
The menu and SanTan beer pairings from Lon’s chef Jeremy Pacheco:
- Beer-braised cockles with HefeWeizen
- Beer-battered soft shell crab with Epicenter
- Grapefruit sorbet with Hopshock IPA
- Pork loin/belly duo with Devil’s Ale
- Schnepf Farms apple crisp with Negro Nitron
