SanTan Brewing, Lon’s team up for 5-course beer dinner Thursday

Downtown Chandler’s SanTan Brewing is teaming up with Lon’s at The Hermosa for a five-course beer dinner Thursday at the Paradise Valley resort.

The menu and SanTan beer pairings from Lon’s chef Jeremy Pacheco:

  • Beer-braised cockles with HefeWeizen
  • Beer-battered soft shell crab with Epicenter
  • Grapefruit sorbet with Hopshock IPA
  • Pork loin/belly duo with Devil’s Ale
  • Schnepf Farms apple crisp with Negro Nitron

Cost of the dinner, which starts at 6:30 p.m., is $49 per person. Make reservations by calling Lon’s at (602) 955-7878.
