Thursday is National IPA Day, and East Valley beer lovers have several options to celebrate.
Whole Foods Chandler at the Loop 101 and Ray is hosting with a five-hour party featuring 21 India Pale Ales on tap:

The event runs 4 to 9 p.m. at the tasting bar. Beers are $4.
Downtown Chandler’s SanTan Brewing Company is marking the occasion with five house-brewed IPAs:
- Night of the Living Red, an Imperial Red Ale
- Commodore Nelson, a Double IPA
- Big Foot’s Baby, a Triple IPA
- Negro Nitron, Arizona’s first nitrogenated Black IPA
- Hopshock, its classic IPA
HopShock and Nitro Negro will be available all day at happy hour prices ($3.75 per pint).
