The calendar may say September, but East Valley residents know the arrival of fall is far from imminent.
Which makes it the appropo time for Joe’s Farm Grill‘s annual Dog Days of Summer promotion.
All month, the Gilbert restaurant – whose sister restaurant, Liberty Market, just finished its annual Burger Daze of August promotion – is offering 10 unusual hot dogs:
- Hawaiian: Wrapped in ham, grilled, topped with pizza cheese, bacon and pineapple-serrano sauce.
- Asian: Topped with shredded carrots, bean sprouts, scallions, wasabi mayo and teriyaki glaze.
- Carolina: Topped with succulent pulled pork and creamy coleslaw.
- The 3B: Topped with bacon, bleu cheese and Joe’s Real BBQ sauce.
- Sonoran: Bacon-wrapped, topped with farm beans, melted cheeses, jalapenos and sour cream.
- Cordon Bleu: Wrapped in smoked ham, Swiss cheese, grilled and topped with a fried egg and dijon aioli.
- Swedish: Topped with garlic whipped potatoes and lingonberry sauce (pictured above).
- Trailer Park: Topped with Cheez Whiz, onions, relish and crumbled potato chips.
- Rueben: Topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing.
- Buffalo: Topped with carrots, celery, Buffalo hot sauce and bleu cheese dressing.
Prices are $6.99 for any dog with fries, or $9.99 for two dogs with fries.
