Liberty Market marks end of summer with Pacific Rim dinner

Summer-friendly Pacific Rim cuisine will be the theme of this month’s community dinner at Liberty Market. The downtown Gilbert restaurant hasn’t finalized the menu yet, but chef David Traina will create for five courses for the Monday, Sept. 26, event.
