Summer-friendly Pacific Rim cuisine will be the theme of this month’s community dinner at Liberty Market.
The downtown Gilbert restaurant hasn’t finalized the menu yet, but chef David Traina will create for five courses for the Monday, Sept. 26, event.
Cost is $39 for dinner only. You can add four Pacific Rim beer pairings for $10 or four tropical cocktail pairings for $20.
The dinner, which starts at 6:30 p.m., is limited to 40 people so reservations are recommended. Sign up at the Liberty Market espresso bar.
