Arizona Restaurant Week kicks off Saturday. Unfortunately, it might be kinda hard to tell in the East Valley. More than 200 restaurants are participating, but fewer than 20 are in the East Valley.
Launched in September 2008, the week (actually nine days, since it includes the weekends before and after) features restaurants offering special three-course menus for either $30 or $40.
