Each day during Arizona Restaurant Week (Sept. 17-25), MXSW looks at a special three-course dinner menu being offered by a participating East Valley restaurant.
Today: House of Tricks, the award-winning fine-dining restaurant in downtown Tempe.
First course (choose one):
- Smoked sweet corn vichysoisse with gruyere buttermilk fondue
- Arugula salad with manchego, crispy shallots & cascabel sherry vinaigrette
- Grilled aspargus romesco with house chorizo
Second course (choose one):
- Szechuan Swai with chili-soy broth, daikon & chili rings
- Grilled hanger steak chimichurri, patatas bravas, cotija and haricot vert
- Sherried oyster mushrooms & green peppercorn grits, saba & heirloom tomatoes
Third course (choose one):
- Key lime pie with blueberry marshmallow fluff
- White chocolate macademia nut cheesecake
- Ice cream bowl
Cost is $30 per person.
