Today’s AZ Restaurant Week spotlight: Rotolo’s Pizzeria

Each day during Arizona Restaurant Week (Sept. 17-25), MXSW looks at a special three-course dinner menu being offered by a participating East Valley restaurant.

Today: Rotolo’s Pizzeria, located in front of the AMC Mesa Grand 24 cineplex.

First course (choose one):

• Stuffed mushrooms
• “Sweep the Floor” cheesestix
• Muffaletta salad

Second course (choose two):

• Parma Rosa blackened shrimp & Italian sausage pasta
• Chicken or shrimp penne alfredo
• Eggplant parmesan
• (or) Medium-sized pesto shrimp pizza

Third course (choose one):

• Tiramisu
• Chocolate chip pizza cookie
• Adult rootbeer float with rootbeer liqueur

Cost is $30 for two people.
