Today’s AZ Restaurant Week spotlight: Ko’Sin Restaurant at Wild Horse Pass

Ko'Sin Restaurant Wild Horse Pass Resort AZEach day during Arizona Restaurant Week (Sept. 17-25), MXSW looks at a special three-course dinner menu being offered by a participating East Valley restaurant.

Today: Ko’Sin Restaurant, the “Arizona desert cuisine” restaurant at the Wild Horse Pass Resort near Chandler.

First course (choose one):

  • Crisp buckwheat tart, gazpacho shot & tiny greens with heirloom tomatoes, basil foam, buffalo mozzarella & white balsamic
  • Endive arugula salad with prosciutto, apples, goat cheese & sherry vinaigrette

Second course (choose two):

  • Petit filet mignon with mesquite-smoked Yukon mash, cream spinach, marinated tomatoes & balsamic demi
  • Lobster mac & cheese with gruyere cheese, pancetta, green peas and 60-day corn
  • Cardamom-dusted grilled pork chop with sweet potato gratin, Granny Smith jam & cherry demi

Third course (choose one):

  • Roasted corn & carmel popcorn crème brulee, saguaro seed cookie & vintage port berry compote
  • Pumpkin mascarpone cheesecake, Native granola brittle, cranberry & wild mint reduction,
    frozen cinnamon marshmallow

Cost is $40 per person.
