Left Hand beer pairings & beer dinner

If you like Left Hand beers, you’re in luck. The Colorado brewery is holding a pair of events in Tempe this week.

From 6 to 8 p.m. today, Flanny’s Bar & Grill will be pouring and pairing four Left Hand Ales:

• Polestar Pilsner with a soft baked pretzel
• Sawtooth Ale with 2 pork sliders
• Fade to Black 3 with 5 honey-chipotle wings
• Milk Stout with ice cream float

Pairings are $6 apiece, or you can get a pint of beer alone for $4. They’ll also be giving out free Sawtooth glasses.

At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, La Bocca Urban Pizzeria + Wine Bar will host a 5-course Left Hand beer dinner. Cost is $55 per person.
