Whoa! Two of the East Valley’s top restaurants – Cork and Shimogamo – are teaming up for a special tasting menu on Sunday, Oct. 30.
Cork has been doing monthly Sunday night tasting menus since early 2010, but now has decided to limit them to just the last Sunday of each month. And this month’s is a doozy.
Shimiogamo, the East Valley’s premier Japanese restaurant, is lending out chefs Eric Stuff and Al Salinas for a 4-course feast of sushi and other Japanese delicacies (see menu).
