Jennifer Madigan of Gilbert is the winner of Flancer’s 2011 Dessert Showdown. Her winning entry – a turtle cheesecake with an Oreo cookie crust – will debut on the restaurant’s menu Nov. 1.
Madigan wins a $100 gift certificate and a trophy. A portion of the proceeds from her dessert for the next year will be donated to a charity of her choice.
