If you’re among the many who’ve been anticipating the release of SanTan Brewing‘s new seasonal 12 Daze, your wait is over. The beer was tapped today at the downtown Chandler brewery.
The Strong American Amber Ale gets its name from its 12 ingredients and its holiday-themed flavors. Made with chai tea from Liberty Market – SanTan’s first collaboration with a local restaurant – it features notes of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, cardamon, nutmeg and caramel.
The beer weighs in at 6.5% ABV.
Liberty Market just added a Kegerator to make 12 Daze the 3-year-old restaurant’s first beer on tap. 12 Daze also will be available at numerous restaurants and bars around the Valley.

Today’s menu specials at San Tan included a 12 Daze Pork Sandwich (sliced rosemary and brown sugar crusted smoked pork loin with 12 Daze cinnamon apple sauce) and Caramel-Apple Pie (both shown below).
