Photos: ‘Thanksgiving Appetizers with a Twist’ cooking class at BLD

“Thanksgiving Appetizers with a Twist” was the subject of BLD‘s first monthly cooking class, which was held Saturday afternoon with chef Ehren Litzenberger at the Chandler restaurant.

For $30, the dozen attendees enjoyed glasses of wine, watched the chef prepare three dishes, enjoyed their own portions of all three dishes and received copies of the recipes:

The first appetizer was bruschetta with buttered green apple slices, warm brie and a cranberry-fig-pinot chutney:

BLD Chandler AZAs a surprise treat, BLD ended the class with hot cups of mulled wine for everyone (with the recipe to take home):
