BLD is giving you a chance to “pig out” with a special “American Pork & Pints” dinner Thursday, Jan. 19.
Chef Ehren Litzenberger will pair four courses of pork-centric dishes with pints of American-style craft beers chosen to enhance each course:
- 1st course: Pulled pork slider with spiced Napa cabbage, paired with Four Peaks HopKnot IPA
- 2nd course: Grilled Thai-style pork kabobs with sambal, cilantro and sesame seeds, paired with Napa Smith’s Lost Dog Red Ale
- 3rd course: Apple-glazed pork loin with goat cheese risotto, roasted brussels sprouts and crispy prosciutto, paired with SanTan Devil’s Ale
- 4th course: Salted caramel ice cream with candied bacon, paired with Breckenridge’s Vanilla Porter
