Flancer’s partners with Odell Brewery for quarterly beer dinner

Flancer’s has announced its quarterly beer dinner: A four-course meal with Colorado’s Odell Brewing at its east Mesa location on Wednesday, Jan. 25.

  • 1st course: Beer-braised German sausage with caramelized sweet onions and Michigan apples, triple mustard German potato salad, paired with Hefeweizen
  • 2nd course: Wilted spinach salad with honey-chile glazed chicken, grilled pears and peppered brie, paired with Amber Ale
  • 3rd course: Creamy Pale Ale shrimp & scallop risotto with butternut squash, mushrooms and roasted garlic parmesan pesto toast, paired with Pale Ale
  • 4th course: Chocolate cream puff with caramel sauce and fresh berries, paired with Nut Brown Ale.

Cost is $35 per person, which includes tax but not tip. Dinners starts at 6:30 p.m. Reservations: 480-396-0077.
