If you love pork, you should be kicking yourself for missing last night’s Pork & Pints dinner at BLD. Four great pork dishes paired with four beers:
- Pulled pork slider with spiced Napa cabbage and apple cider, paired with Four Peaks HopKnot IPA (top left)
- Grilled Thai-style pork kabobs with sambal, cilantro and sesame seeds, paired with Napa Smith’s Lost Dog Red Ale (top right)
- Apple-glazed pork loin with goat cheese risotto, roasted brussels sprouts and crispy prosciutto, paired with SanTan Devil’s Ale (bottom left)
- Salted caramel ice cream with candied bacon, paired with Breckenridge’s Vanilla Porter (bottom right).
As a bonus gift, everyone received one of SanTan Brewing‘s new pint glasses embossed with the Chandler brewery’s logo on the bottom.
