Bay Leaf Cafe, a fast-casual Indian restaurant, has opened in a strip mall on the southeast corner of Alma School and Chandler Heights in south Chandler.
The menu offers numerous traditional entrees, including Tandoori chicken ($8.99), goat curry ($11.95) and fish masala ($13.95), but food is served on paper plates with plastic utensils.
Bay Leaf Cafe also offers several Americanized grab-and-go options, such as basmati rice bowls ($5.99) and chapati wraps ($6.99).
