Gilbert’s New Mexican Grill is opening a second location next month at Gilbert and Queen Creek roads in Chandler.
Owner Ralph Aranda opened his 32-seat eatery last January in the former Chef H space on the northeast corner of Lindsay and Pecos roads.
The all-day menu – the restaurant opens at 7 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday – offers traditional New Mexican favorites like huevos rancheros, carne asada, green chile pork and Navajo fry bread.
The new location is tentatively scheduled to open Monday, March 5.
