When the Los Angeles Times needed Valley food advice, it turned to Dodgers star outfielder Andre Ethier, who played at Chandler-Gilbert Community College and Arizona State University before turning pro.
Ethier, who spends the off-season at his home in Chandler (which the paper identifies as “30 minutes south of Phoenix”), tells the paper his favorite restaurant is Latitude Eight Thai Grill in downtown Chandler:
“I really think this is the best Thai food in Phoenix, and it’s comparable to the best of L.A. My wife, Maggie, and I love it.”
Wow, what a great (and well-deserved) plug for Latitude Eight.
