Cork being converted into gastropub … for one night only on Feb. 26

If you’re like me, your eyes begin to glaze over whenever you read about yet another “gastropub.” But this is one instance when you’ll want to pay attention.

“British Gastropub” is theme of Cork’s monthly theme night. For one night only – Sunday, Feb. 26 – the south Chandler fine-dining restaurant will offer a four-course, prix fixe menu:

The menu is available 4 to 9 p.m. Cost is $35 per person, not including tax and tip (or optional additions).
