Quick Bites: Pittsburgh After Dark, best hot dog, ‘Taste of Romeo’s’

Chef Brandon CrouserChef Brandon Crouser, who’s been lending a hand in recent months at Pittsburgh Willy’s, is bringing a taste of fine dining to the Chandler hot dog shop.

Crouser will be preparing a five-course meal (see menu) at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Cost for what’s being dubbed “Pittsburgh After Dark” will be $45 per person.

Fine dining, of course, is nothing new for Crouser, who’s served as chef at highly acclaimed eateries Atlas Bistro and Crudo.

Although the Friday dinner is one night only, Crouser hopes it will be the first in a regular series at the Chandler venue.
