A third consecutive Italian restaurant, La Cucina di Venti, has taken over the north Mesa building formerly occupied by RigaTony’s and, most recently, Mardenely’s. Located on Brown between Center and Mesa, La Cucina di Venti offers Naples-style pizzas ($10.95-$14.95), pasta dishes
