Joshua Maloney, director of winemaking at Washington state’s Milbrandt Vineyards, will be the special guest at a wine dinner Tuesday at Romeo’s Euro Cafe in Gilbert.
Chef Romeo Taus‘ four-course menu will feature pesto-ricotta flatbread, gorgonzola-walnut ravioli, mahi-mahi brushed with sweet chili sauce, and cherry cordial tart.
Each course will be paired with a Milbrandt wine. Maloney will talk about his wines, pose for photos and sign bottles.
