There are birthday parties, and then there are BIRTHDAY PARTIES!
And when there’s free booze involved, it’s definitely the latter.
BLD, the casual sibling restaurant of fine-dining Cork, celebrates its first birthday today with several deals.
The hightlight: A free “Wine Fest” from 4:30 to 6:30 today. More than 25 wines will be featured in the complimentary tasting. That’s right – free wine!
The all-day Chandler restaurant also is giving out free 20-ounce iced coffees all morning, and doing a buy-one-get-one-free lunch special today.
And all week you can enjoy $1 glasses of sangria during happy hour (3-6 p.m. weekdays).
Did I mention the free wine today?
Cork fans may remember that restaurant did a similar free wine tasting a couple years ago that drew a gigantic crowd.
My advice: Get to BLD early and imbibe in a $1 sangria while waiting for the wine fest to start.
