“Spring is in the Air” is the theme of BLD‘s monthly cooking class, which will be 3 p.m. Saturday at the Chandler restaurant.
Chef Ehren Litzenberger will show how to create dishes from spring and early-summer produce, and also share some Easter ideas.
Cost is $30, which includes a glass of wine, samples of all dishes and recipes to take home.
