Recently opened BoomBozz Pizza & Taphouse in Gilbert has good reason to be excited about Saturday’s NCAA Final Four showdown between Louisville and Kentucky.
The East Valley newcomer is a spinoff of a well-known Louisville pizzeria, which has four locations in that city.
To celebrate the game between the two bitter in-state rivals, BoomBozz is offering a special this week: A “Bluegrass Battle” T-shirt and a large, one-item pizza for just $15.
The deal runs through Saturday’s game and is good for dine-in, carryout or delivery.
Those who just want a shirt (or extra shirts) can buy them separately for $10 at the pizzerias. The shirts are available in black (shown by BoomBozz founder Tony Palombino), blue, or red while supplies last.
