El Palacio reports some tickets still are available for Thursday’s SanTan Beer Dinner at the Chandler Mexican restaurant.
The 6:30 p.m. dinner offers five courses:
- Prickly pear guacamole, spicy red chili popcorn, and a cilantro pesto shrimp with cilantro sour cream dipping sauce and strawberry salsa paired with SanTan’s Hefeweizen
- Stuffed avocado truffle salad paired with Epicenter
- Shrimp & coconut civiche paired with SanTan’s HopShock
- Red chile mole braised chicken paired with SanTan’s Devil’s Ale
- Fruititas made with a trio of sauces including sweet mole, a spicy strawberry compote, and a Mexican style crème anglaise paired with SanTan’s Mr. Pineapple
