AZ Girls Pint Out is hosting its first wine-vs.-beer dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at My Wine Cellar in Ahwatukee.
The women-only dinner features four food courses, each paired with a wine and a beer:
- 1st Course: Bruschetta with goat cheese, dried figs, & thyme (paired with Bell’s Oberon and a Gewürztraminer)
- 2nd Course: Salad with mixed greens, sour apples, bacon, spicy nuts, & an apple-cider vinaigrette (paired with Triple Karmeliet and an Oaked Chardonnay)
- 3rd Course: Spiced chicken with cauliflower (paired with Great Divide Titan IPA and a Red Zinfandel)
- 4th Course: Orange scented custard with candied orange & chocolate drizzle (paired with a stout TBD and a Cabernet Blend)
