Cork, the Chandler fine-dining restaurant that changes its menu every season, has unveiled its spring 2012 version.
Among the eye-catching items:
- Grilled asparagus & artichoke salad with fried egg, shaved parmesan, Parma prosciutto, pine nuts, and olive oil ($13, pictured above on left)
- Sprite-braised veal cheek with yellow polenta cake, sugar snap peas, morels, and spring onion vinaigrette ($19)
- Japanese mero with fava beans, pearl onions, crispy pancetta, creamed spinach ravioli, and truffled lobster cream ($31, above right)
- Tails & Trotter pork tenderloin with Swiss chard, house bacon, garlic scapes, scalloped potato, and pinot reduction ($26)
