Coffee will be the focus of Liberty Market‘s monthly community dinner, a five-course affair on Monday, April 30.
The “Perked Up Dinner” menu:
- Stumptown “Hair Bender” espresso dusted sea scallops
- Salad of local, seasonal greens with green (unroasted) Ethiopian coffee vinaigrette
- French pressed brodo with pork stuffed agnolotti
- Mr. Espresso “French Roast” marinated filet
- Cortado pot de crème
The cost is $45 per person for dinner only, $55 with beer pairings, and $65 with wine pairings.
Seating limited to 40 people. Sign up at the Gilbert restaurant’s espresso bar.
