Il Vinaio in downtown Mesa will host a pairing of Arizona wines and tapas Thursday, matching four small plates with four homegrown wines:
- Tuna, shrimp, and scallop ceviche with wonton crisp and wasabi vinaigrette (Oak Creek Vineyard Fume Blanc)
- Grilled cappicola-wrapped pineapple and sage (Rancho Rossa Chardonnay)
- Chorizo-stuffed quail breast with chipotle BBQ (Rancho Rossa Syrah)
- Fresh-fruit Napolean with huckleberry compote (Dribble Creek Heavy Jazz)
