Flancer’s continues its month of fundraising events for the charity Warfighter Sports with a chef demo and wine tasting at its Mesa location Wednesday.
Dubbed “Spill the Wine, Eat that Cheese,” the event runs 6:30-8:30 p.m. and includes:
- Flancer’s chef Corey Weig demonstrates how to work with phyllo dough and makes a unique dish
- Flancer’s GM Greg Ringel will make a California Rumaki with dates, water chestnuts, and bacon
- Attendees will sample the dishes, along with a surprise dish, while sampling domestic/imported cheeses
- Alliance Beverage VP Tracy Uffelman will pour wines from California family-owned wineries
Cost is $45 per person.
