Spill the Wine, Eat that Cheese at Flancer’s on Wednesday

Flancer’s continues its month of fundraising events for the charity Warfighter Sports with a chef demo and wine tasting at its Mesa location Wednesday.

Dubbed “Spill the Wine, Eat that Cheese,” the event runs 6:30-8:30 p.m. and includes:

  • Flancer’s chef Corey Weig demonstrates how to work with phyllo dough and makes a unique dish
  • Flancer’s GM Greg Ringel will make a California Rumaki with dates, water chestnuts, and bacon
  • Attendees will sample the dishes, along with a surprise dish, while sampling domestic/imported cheeses
  • Alliance Beverage VP Tracy Uffelman will pour wines from California family-owned wineries

Cost is $45 per person.
