‘¡Ask a Mexican!’ columnist to discuss Mexican food at Changing Hands

Gustavo Arellano, who writes the nationally syndicated column “¡Ask a Mexican!,” comes to the East Valley this weekend to discuss and sign his new book, “Taco USA: How Mexican Food Conquered America.”

Arellano, who’s also editor of the California alt-weekly OC Weekly, explores what constitutes “Mexican” food and why Americans love it so much.

He’ll be at Changing Hands in Tempe at 4 p.m. Saturday.
