We finally have an opening date for Can’t Stop Smokin’ Bar-B-Q: Thursday, May 3.
The New Mexico import will open its first Arizona location on the northeast corner of I-10 and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler.
The 5,200-square-foot building is just across 54th Street from just-opened Rudy’s Country Store & BBQ, a chain out of Texas.
Can’t Stop Smokin’ will offer a hotline (pictured) of what it calls “mountain-style barbecue.”
Its other locations are in Ruidoso and Alamogordo in southern New Mexico.
