Mind Over Batter, the funky pink cupcake shop in Tempe, opened a second location today on the northwest corner of Val Vista and Williams Field in Gilbert.
Located behind Blue 32 Sports Grill, Mind Over Batter also sells specialty cakes and cake pops.
Ashley Kaiser opened her original Tempe location in early 2001. It offers 20 to 24 cupcake flavors every day.
Mind Over Batter is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
