The last Sunday of every month, Cork offers a themed tasting menu instead of its regular dinner menu.
This Sunday, the focus is “Taste of Spring.”
The four-course prix fixe menu, which is $35, features three entry choices: mustard-crusted pork tenderloin, char-grilled lamb loin, or pan-roasted halibut.
There’s also an optional starter – braised rabbit risotto with fava beans, Taleggio, and arugula (add $12). See the full menu here.
