Today is the final day for La Fonda Mexican restaurant at its longtime location on north Scottsdale Road in Tempe.
The family-owned establishment, which opened in 1967, is moving into the former Chuy’s building on the southeast corner of McClintock and Baseline in Tempe.
The restaurant hopes to reopen in mid-May.
