Porkopolis opened its doors this afternoon on the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and the 202, becoming the third BBQ restaurant to open in Chandler in three weeks. Can’t Stop Smokin’ Bar-B-Q opened earlier today, three days earlier than scheduled.
