Steven Raichlen, host of PBS show “Primal Grill,” signs his latest book, “Best Ribs:Â 100 Killer Recipes Including Slaws, Baked Beans, and Finger-Lickin’ Sauces,” at 7 p.m. Thursday at Changing Hands.
Prior to his current show, Raichlen hosted four seasons of the network’s “Barbecue University at the Greenbrier.”
He also has written several other barbecue books, including his bestselling “Barbecue! Bible.”
His new book is billed as “a bone-by-bone guide to choosing, buying, prepping, cooking, handling, grilling, spit-roasting, rubbing, saucing, mopping, and serving great ribs.”
Attendees are asked to go online or call 480-730-0205 to secure their seat and place in the signing line.
Tickets (free with book purchase) will be called by assigned letter group to fill seats, two per ticket, and form the signing line after the presentation.
