Adam Firestone & Dave Walker make 2 appearances in East Valley tonight

By Jess Harter Wednesday, May 2, 2012

Firestone Walker Brewing‘s Dave Walker (pictured on right) has come to the East Valley so many times this year you’d might think he’s personally delivering every keg of DBA and Union Jack.

Brother-in-law Adam Firestone, on the other hand, rarely is seen away from the Paso Roles, Calif., brewery.

So it’ll make for a special evening when the Firestone Walker co-owners make a couple of joint appearances tonight.

The first will be at Whole Foods Chandler, where they will tap kegs of their new Wookie Jack, a barrel-aged black IPA, and Parabola, a Russian imperial stout, at 6 p.m.

Then, the pair will go to Papago Brewing, where they’ll have four FW beers on tap, including Velvet Merkin (not to be confused with its later incarnation, Velvet Merlin), at 8:30 p.m.
